A Quiet Exhale

Tonight has a softness to it — the kind that only shows up after a long, full day.

The kind where the body says, “Slow down. Breathe. You’ve done enough.”

I can feel the heaviness settling in — the physical kind, the emotional kind — and instead of pushing through it, I’m letting myself honor it.

It’s okay to be tired.

It’s okay to soften.

It’s okay to need a moment to gather myself.

Even with all the moving parts of life and business and healing, there’s a quiet magic in nights like this… the reminder that I don’t have to rush my becoming.

I don’t need a big revelation.

Just this gentle truth:

I am allowed to rest.

I am allowed to arrive slowly.

I am allowed to grow at my own pace.

And maybe that’s enough for tonight — a small breath, a quiet exhale, and the trust that tomorrow will meet me where I am.
